error 1607 at installing Oracle xe

Hi,

I installed an oracle xe on a computer, everything was ok, then I deleted some files from oracle xe directory and I tried to install again oracle xe and I obtained error 1607. Why? How to solve the problem to have a good installation of oracle xe.
