Error 1335 installing java 2 SDK_SE v1.4.2_06

The cabinet file "data1.cab" required for this installation is corrupt.
It�s the massage I m receiving while trying to install in my Windows XP Professional and on Windows 2000 server SP4.
I was trying to install it after uninstalled it and then the same massage. I m almost going crazy with this installation massage, and I need it so much because an aplication is based upon this platform and I m deseperately need it now.
I hope you guys help me, and help Sun make a better installation process then.
