Error 1311 Source file not found

Hello - When I try to install/upgrade to j2se 5.0, I keep getting an error message 1311. Source file not found. jp150040[1].cab. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it. When I search my computer, I do not have it...what do I do? Thank you. -JP
