Error 112 when creating new intry in Oracle Directory Mgr

I have just installed Oracle Internet Directory (8.1.6) with a
new DB, and I am trying to create some new entries under the
Entry Management node.
All I get is Error 112 with Details: unknown.

Actually I want to create some new root entries, but I cant find
any documentation on this, and any create will fail with the
same error.
