Getting the error below while starting Oracle 12c listener from Services

Error 1053 : "The service did not respond to start or control request in a timely fashion"

I have both Oracle 12c and 11g XE installed. 11g XE is up and running

Environment path variable has Oracle 12c DB path set at the start

Please help in resolving this.
