error 1053

Hi all,
I successfully installed Oracle 11g. I even was able to run it and create database once. But suddenly when I restarted my system, the services did not start. When I manually wanted to start theTNSlistener I recieved an error-

Could no start service on local computer.
error 1053 the service did not respond in a timely fashion.

Any help.
