erro when call dbms_hprof.analyze

I'm trying to use the dbms_hprof package , but when I call a PL/SQL block , an error occurs when I invoke dbms_hprof.analyze

What could it be ? It might be missing a grant ? It seems to be a sequence , but which one

using oracle 19c Extreme PerfRelease 19.0.0.0.0
