Err : java.security.NoSuchProviderException: provider BC not found.

Hi,
I want to encrypt and decrypt a text file in PGP by using Bouncy Castle..I have completed my Encryption while decrypting i'm getting the following error as,

java.security.NoSuchProviderException: provider BC not found.
