ERR-1013 When trying to access page.

I set up Authorization, but am unable to access a particular page with the following error message.
ERR-1013 No Privilege for attempted operation by user MARK.DAVIS. Requires role 20034000759436167, please contact your application administrator.

Could you please advise how I can get access back to my page. Thank you in advance.
