ERD Splitting

HI Everybody,

Could anyone help me?
I have a fairly large ERD with many normal and lookup tables. A certain subset of them I want to transfer onto another diagram, whereby one or more lookup tables should be present on the original and the new diagram, too. By doing so, relationships that point to a table on the new diagram are lost. Is there any method to preserve them?
