Equivalent of SHRINK command in 9i

I need to manually DEFRAG/SHRINK space in some tables on a 9i database. In 10g i usually issue
ALTER TABLE segment_name SHRINK SPACE CASCADE after enabling row movement.
What is the equivalent of SHRINK in 9i?
