EPSG to SRID Conversion?

Anyone know of a definitive list that cross references the list of EPSG codes with Oracle's SRIDs?
Even better, how bout the WKT definitions of the EPSG coordinate systems that are NOT part of Oracle's supplied SRIDs?
The problem I'm trying to solve is one where customers provide coordinates in EPSG coordinates that must be converted to appropriate Oracle coordinates.

I'd appreciate any insight that y'all could offer.
