EPMCSS-20582: Failed to authenticate user. Custom authentication failed. Failed to initRadiusAuthent

Hello,

I just turned on strong authentication in "Shared Services" and I think I checked without paying attention to a bad box. Suddenly, I can not connect to Shared Services with any account. (I am in EPM 11.1.2.4).

Message error: EPMCSS-20582: Failed to authenticate user. Custom authentication failed. Failed to initRadiusAuthenticateImpl. Enter valid Credentials .

In the past, I had already fixed this problem by modifying a table in the Shared Services schema, but I do not remember the process anymore.

Someone has an idea how to work around the problem without reinstalling the product.
