EPMCSS-00301: Failed to authenticate user. Invalid credentials. Enter valid credentials.E

Hello,

I have a given write access to the user for particular Entities of a planning application in shared services and Under Dimension's of a planning application and refresh the DB.So When he would like to log on he is getting the following error.

EPMCSS-00301: Failed to authenticate user. Invalid credentials. Enter valid credentials.

Actually he is a LDAP User so any one could let me know what could be the reason because I checked with other user who is a Native directory user and assigned the same roles to access those Entities can login. it is an urgent requirement.
