EPMCFG - 10368, cannot connect to the database, check database information

Hi All,

Server: Windows server 2008 64 bit and Oracle 11g 64 bit

First i have installed Oracle 32bit client, 64bit client then 11g Database. Then, i have installed hyperion 11.1.2.2 version. but at the time configuration, i am getting error
EPMCFG - 10368 cannot connect to the database, check the database information.

but the database information correct which i have given. Microsoft Loopback adapter also installed.

i have referred in forums about this error, in that discussion they written about tnsnames.ora. what i have to modify in this file?
