EPMA file generator in 11.1.2.3

Hi,

I deployed Planning sample, workfore & capex using classic and converted to EPMA. I wanted to generate metadata files for these two application. When I looked into the file generator functionality, I can not find either program -->Oralce EPAM etc or in the \Oracle\Middleware\EPMSystem11R1\products\Foundation\BPMA

Where to find the file generaor utility?
