EPM Registry Issue - error initializing system registry

Hello,

I Have a problem, I installed Oracle EPM 11.1.2.1 the packages following : foundation Services-11121 1 to 7,
Interactive reporting-11121 1 to 2, Static-Content-11121, RandAFoundation-11121.
I'm able to launch http://servername:28080/interop but encounter an the below error when trying to get to the workspace. I ran a diagnostic and the only error I am getting is below. Everything else passes.
I am running on WS2003 with IIS and WebLogic. Please let me know if anyone has encountered this and what the fix is for it.

I have this error message :

Check the availability of connexion http://FP9S00172112.fra.net.intra:28080/workspace/status
Erreur : EPMVLD-01033 : Cannot log in to workspace.
Action recommandée : Check if all services run. Check user name and password.

Could you help me please?
