EPM AUTOMATE-EPMAT9-invalid credentails

I am trying to login to cloud through EPM automate but iam receiving the below error

I am trying to login as shown below,

my pswrd doesn't contain any special characters but I am unable to login. any thoughts on this.I have checked couple of times and i am giving my credentials correctly but still facing the same issue . Please help.
