EPM and ERP Cloud

Hi all,

if we have EPM cloud and ERP Cloud (multiple production instances) is there a method to synchronize user accounts accross the instances so that 2 seperate repositories in the 2 distinct OIM do not need to be maintained.

Also if setting up a new customer with EPM and ERP can both exist in the one GSI instance or they must be seperate?
