EPM 11.1.2.4 : workspace url error

hello all

we are on EPM 11.1.2.4 on redhat linux.

we had applied maintenance release on EPM 11.1.2.3 to upgrade to EPM 11.1.2.4.

we have essbase and planning applicaiton.

after applying maintenance release , we are getting weird issue with workspace url.

when we type workspace url in web browser , it gets hang poping only loading screen.

http://Linux_server:19000/workspace/

but when we put listen post as 28080 then it will ask for user name and password to log in.

http://Linux_server:28080/workspace/

after that we logged off and again go for workspace url using 19000 port

http://Linux_server:19000/workspace/

only then it works, workspace gets open without any issue

does someone have idea ?
