EOFException - SSL Handshake Failure for particular port

All,

I have strange situation, If I configure Https Connector Port as 18104, I am getting SSL Handhshake failure and Connection close by remote host. If I Change port to say 18204, I did not get any error.

This is happening after server startup, there are no applications deployed to this server. This is hapening in AIX53/Java 1.5 environement. Any insights would be apprceiated.
