entity won't calculate
We are running HFM 11.1.1.3.0. In trying to open our HFM application for July processing, we encountered one base entity that refuses to be calculated. When we attempt to calculate in the process control screen, the process finishes immediately, no error message appears, but the calc state still shows CH and the background color remains yellow. We've tried calculate, force calculate and force calculate contribution, all with the same result. Validation is disabled during the opening process, so that the entity indicates that it's valid per a special rule that forces the master validation account to zero. The system messages show no errors.
As a result of this issue, we are unable to advance the process state of this entity to review level 1 to make it available for field processing, and, of course, its parent chain also cannot be advanced. No metadata changes have been made since this entity was last processed successfully during the June close. This entity has been in use for at least a couple of years.
