Entity Collection Screeens Re-Appear After An Error Message

Hi,

I am having a number of entities in my project and have created entity collection screens for them.
I am using validations in my rule base to display an error message on some screens.

Whenever I get an error message on some other screen all the entity collection screens re-appear for which I have not created any instance.

For Instance if i have 4 entities , A,B,C and D and I have not created any instances for B and C on their respective entity collection screens.

And then if I get some error message ( either custom message or OPA generated like "This value is mandatory") the entity collection screens for B and C will be re-appear again...

Entity collection screens for entities which already have an instance are not repeated.

Please help.
