Entitlement Certification

Reopening somebody else's question again. I am facing the same problem as well

Hi, I am facing issue while running the certification on entitlement. I have configured entitlement that has certifier user set in OIM. I created certification on entitlement but when I run it, I get below error:

java.lang.Exception: Entitlement certification creation succeeded but with the following errors: Certification Cert_test_Entitlement_v1 not created. Certification has no content to be certified.
