Enterprise User Security with OID failing with ORA-28030: Server encountered problems accessing LDAP

Hi,

I am setting up Enterprise User Security for the first time.

Here are details about system,

OID LDAP version: 11.1.1.9 (on Windows server)

Oracle version: 12c RAC (on Solaris)

I followed following document for setting up the EUS:

After all setting going fine, I am getting "ORA-28030: Server encountered problems accessing LDAP directory service." while login to oracle using the LDAP enterprise user.

Please help me debugging and understanding the issue.
