Enterprise Operations Manager No Audio/One way audio

I am using Oracle Enterprise Operations Monitor version 4.0.0.3.0. When I search for a call on User Tracking all my calls come back with the "Audio" column stating either "no audio" or "one way audio", when I know the calls have perfectly good two way audio. How can I fix this?
