Enterprise Manager + Windows XP Home

I have 'successfully' installed Oracle 10g on Windows XP Home. I've created database and all looked to be fine to me, but...

I can't start Instance in EM. When I provide OS username and password, it denies my access.

I can't change my 'Local Security Policy' as it doesn't apply to Home version. Has anyone experienced this issue and sorted it ?

Yes, I know, Oracle suppose to be installed on Pro version of Win, but maybe someone knows how to overcome it.
