Integration

Looking at my domain in the Administration Console, it shows both the Admin Server and the managed server (soa_server1) in a RUNNING state, but when I look at the domain in Enterprise Manager 11g (Fusion Middleware Control), it says both servers are Down (with the orange down-arrow). So my first question is why the discrepancy?

And then I look at each individual server in Enterprise Manager and it show the State is Running for both. So this is really confusing. I'm not sure what to think, but somehow I need to get them to show up as Up (with the green up-arrow) because when I go to righ-click on soa-infra and select SOA Administration->Common Properties, it says: "Configuration settings are unavailable because /Farm_dev2_domain/dev2_domain/soa_server1/soa-infra is down."

I've seen the green Up arrows before, but I'm kinda new to Fusion, so I'm not sure what I did to cause it to show the orange Down arrows. I've searched the documentation and the forums, but just can't find anything on this yet.

I would appreciate any ideas.
