Enterprise Manager - RAC

Hello All,

I am working on Oracle RAC 11.2.0.1.0, My Oracle Enterprise Manager is working on : https://rac1.localdomain:1158

My question what if rac1 server is down how can i use my oem?

Now i have only server RAC2 working i started oem: emctl start dbconsole, it provides me a link : https://rac1.localdomain:1158 but I am not able to access oem since RAC1 is down.

How can I run oem from RAC2?
