Enterprise manager problems

OS: Sun Solaris
Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.3.0 - 64bit
RAC with 3 nodes
Enterprise manager not connect to instance, the last DBA I don't know that did, So cheking:
$emctl status dbconsole
