Integration

I installed 9iASR2 Option A and 9iRDBMS R2 in separate homes. Everything seems to work OK except that EM is unbelievably slow. Each link takes between 2 and 4 minutes to open. All of the functionality seems to work fine, except for the performance. From what I can tell, it would seem to be some kind of configuration problem since there is virtually no CPU activity, no disk IO and I have plenty of RAM left. Any ideas as to why EM is so slow? Even the sample web apps work fine and perform well too.

My test machine is a Dell Optiplex with 1GB RAM, P4 1.7Ghz, and I have about 300MB of physical memory available with the database running and 9iAS. The entire memory usage is well less than 1GB and there does not seem to be any paging occuring.
