Enterprise manager not connection from network

Hello,

I just installed a fresh copy of 11g database. Enterprise manager is accessible by going to https://localhost.localdomain:1158/em from the server. However, I can't go to https://192.168.38.27/em from another computer on the same network. 192.168.38.27 is the IP address of the database server.

I've tried to find somewhere you can specify what IP address enterprise manager will listen on but couldn't. Google searches haven't been helpful either.
