enterprise manager: modify, view, manage, remove backup job

i've successfully set up a recurring backup job "BCKUP1" in enterprise manager. i thought i could view or manage this job under administration/jobs. however, i do not see this job listed. i also can't locate where to modify this job anywhere else.

can anyone tell me how to view, manage, or remove this job inside or outside of enterprise manager? has the enterprise manager created a script in rman?

-- i am not currently using a repository.
