Enterprise Manager/Grid Control Upgrade to 11g

Hello,

I have 10.2.0.5 grid control (with oms & db on same box). Planning to upgrade this to 11g.

Can we install new infrastructure on the same host with new DB and then just redirect the agents
are currently pointing to 10g grid control infrastrucure to 11g infrastructure?
