Enterprise Manager download for 11.2.0.4

Hi, I want to install a 11.2.0.4 database without Grid Infrastructure or ASM, but I can't find the Oracle Enterprise Manager software to download. It looks like the closest download was "Enterprise Manager 11g Grid Control Release 1 (11.1.0.1.0)" but it says it can no longer be downloaded. What is the right (and available) version of OEM to download for a single instance of 11.2.0.4? or maybe the software already comes with it?
