Enterprise Manager DB Control RAC

Hi all,
i have 2 node rac with 2 databases.
On first database Enterprise Manager dbcontrol works fine, on second db installed few days ago there are some issues.
If i launch emctl status dbconsole the system says: Oracle Enterprise Manager 10g is not running, but i can go to the url and logging in.
In the homepage i can see the rac but not the instances, under the "instances" node there aren't the instances names, please can you help me?
