Oracle Database Discussions

Hello,

I am trying to install Oracle 11g x64 edition on Windows Server 2008 R2 x64. Everything is going as expected until the last part of Database Assistant where the Enterprise Manager configuration fails due to an error -
Listener is not up or database service is not registered with it.
Running Enterprise Manager by executing the script emca -config dbcontrol db produced the same results.
Please help...
