Enterprise Manager 13.2.0.0 display wrong data in memory monitoring

Hello All,

I have configured Oracle Enterprise Manager 13.2.0.0 on 11.3 SUN4V SPARC SunOS 5.11. With multiple host configured to moniter within it.

The Issue i am facing is in SOLARIS host monitoring where we are getting wrong data in Memory and swap utilization.

As you can see in above image Memory utilization is 97% but in prstat command shows 57% as below:

Here I can see SWAP 9.7 GB .

But in Top command Memory utilization is same as OEM but difference in SWAP usages.

Can anyone suggest how OEM 13.2.0.0 Monitor memory from host. As I am little confused here.
