Enterprise Manager 11g would not start

All,
I did install oracle 11gr2 and confirm oracle is working correct and able to login but when i start Enterprise manager it doesnt work both in IE or FF, can any senior DBA help me figure out the issue here?
Also i tried to remove oracle home1 but after installing oracle home2 oracle itself is working correct but still EM wont work,

Any help on this is appreciated...thanks.
