The Database Cloud Pricing page shows that the Enterprise Edition High Performance includes the Multi-Tenant Option.
Simple question - it seems to be a flat cost regardless of how many PDB's I create - is that correct?
This seems to different to if you use Multi-tenant on-prem where there is an incremental cost per PDB.
I've searched but can't find any (definitive) clarification on whether the EE HP option allows you to create extra PDB's without any incremental costs.
