We are encouraged by the add of enterprise authorization that is due to be released soon and would like to enable a similar functionality to opening and closing of draws. We have a couple program contracts with a some of our clients, each program running hundreds of projects simultaneously each month. We would like the ability to open and close the draws more efficiently by giving an enterprise view/management table. We have used the schedule draws application but it can be difficult to predict the length of the project (some last 1 month and others last 5 years) and that process doesn't ensure that every job is accounted for each month. An enterprise management table of open/close draws would save us so much time and provide a 1-stop-shop to ensure all project draws are opened or closed versus opening each job individually to review the status.
