Enter the data at parent level

Hi,

How is it possible to enter the data at parent level in forms and that data must be uniformly distributed to its child in Final/ Target. if possible, what should be the member properties?

for example:

If I enter Data in YearTotal It should distribute value to its child Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4 and then from level 1 to level zero members Jan, Feb, Mar e.t.c
