Hi Guru's,

Env Details:-

OS :- ORHEL 6

DB Version:- 12c

Oem Cloud Version:- OEM 12c Release 5

During oem 12c agent deployment getting error as:-

error:- User authentication failed

cause:- Either the provided user name and password are incorrect, or password authentication is disabled for the sshd daemon on the remote host.

recommendation:- Ensure the provided user name and password are correct. Ensure that the property Password Authentication is set to 'yes' in the SSHD configuration file (sshd_config) on the remote host

But i cross verify the credentials which i enter are correct. Even i modify the file /etc/sudoers with relevant information. But still getting the error

Kindly help over tthe same.
