enq: TX - row lock contention

Hi All,

Yesterday a user reported that he got a wait message and screen was freeze for 6 minutes, We have checked the ASH report and found it's showing 98.99% of time in enq: TX - row lock contention event.

Please advise how we can verify that this event caused the issue and what all to check in the case.
