enq: TX contention

Version 10.2.0.2

Can anybody provide me with information regarding enq: TX contention ?, The performance tuning guide identifies a number of enqueue waits:

enq: TX - row lock contention.
enq: TX - allocate ITL entry.
enq: TX - index contention.

However there is no mention of enq: TX contention, is this a wrapper for the specific TX waits shown above or something else. The ADDM interface recommends consulting the 10g R2 reference guide which also does not mention the event directly.
