Currently, there is no flag set at the OFS inventory level to indicate that asset level SH is completed. Some customer may have more assets (Can go beyond 100) and it is difficult for the users to identify if a specific asset's service history is completed or not. For this, my recommendation is to set a flag at the inventory level to indicate that the required SH is completed. This could be enabled in inventory list to make the user experience better.
One additional recommendation here is to set a flag at activity level when all the required SHs are completed. This will help to enable Workflows in OFS and update the workflow step as completed.
