To improve the usability and flexibility of the To Do Management Portal, the following changes could be made.

1. Allow the field ‘To Do Role’ as a search criterion without other criteria
   1. Currently, a user must select a To Do Type or Assignee. However, many users are interested in the To Dos associated with their role, not just a specific type
2. Add Search Zones to the following FK References:
   1. C1-RTSCH, D1-MCYC, C1-CUSTC, C1-CISDV, C1-BILCY, CI_AMG
   2. Without a search zone, characteristic type values are not searchable (with a dropdown or magnifying glass) in the To Do Management portal. This means a user needs to guess/know the code of a char value to properly search
3. Allow Characteristics to be searched without selecting a To Do Type
   1. Currently, the characteristic type search only appears if a To Do Type is selected. However, the characteristic types in the list are not filtered based on the To Do Type selected, so To Do Type doesn't seem “required”.
   2. If To Do Role is provided without a To Do Type, then the characteristics should be selectable.
