Engineer to Relational Model - doesn't! SQL DM 23.1

I'm trying to “Engineer to Relational Model” from a logical model sub-view, but nothing happens when I press the button.

Sometimes, if I delete all the tables in the relational sub-view, the button does cause the EtoRM to occur.
