eng: BF - allocation contention

Anyone seen this before?

I have a new database that I'm doing some testing and tuning on at the moment. While running a load test on it I was viewing the performance page on EM. I saw something I've never seen before. The top wait was "enq: BF - allocation contention". Oracle was saying it was spending significant time on it and it was the highest wait event by far.

I've never seen "enq: BF" before. It shows up in v$event_name as event# 899. But it isn't listed in the Oracle
Enqueue Names documentation. http://bit.ly/afdHeJ

Metalink didn't have anything either.

The database is Linux 11g R1 (11.1.0.4). It's a Dell Server with 2x6 processors, 8GB RAM, and FC storage.
