ENCRYPTED ALERT message

Hi all,
my customer has SOWS 6.0 sp 3. with SSL3 activated. We are getting the following error:

Secure Socket Layer
SSLv3 Record Layer: Encrypted Alert
Content Type: Alert (21)
Version: SSL 3.0 (0x0300)
Length: 18
Alert Message: Encrypted Alert

I couldn't find anything that explain to me what's happening.
Any clue/suggestions?
